Process:
  1. The AEMA will acknowledge receipt of your application.
  2. The AEMA will assign a Case Manager to you, who will reach out to gather more information, if needed.
  3. Your application under an approved Hazard Assistance and Resilience Program (HARP) will be assessed against the eligibility criteria set out in the Disaster Assistance Directives (DAD), its rate schedules, and any Interpretation Bulletins and Schedules.
  4. HARP staff will review qualification and eligibility within the Program and make an assistance recommendation on your application.
  5. You will be notified of the outcome of your application under the HARP through written correspondence from the Program.
