- Your My Alberta Digital Business Identity (MABI) to access and submit the online application. Click

- The name of the Disaster Financial Assistance Program (DFAP) for which you are submitting an application. If you do not know the name of the DFAP, please complete the “Do You Qualify"
- Your Contact Information including:
- Current mailing address,
- Current telephone number,
- Government issued Photo ID (e.g. Driver's License, Passport, Certificate of Indian Status or Status card)

he MyAlberta Digital Business Identity (MABI) is your organization ID that works online, by giving you quick secure access to participating online government services. Please sign up for a MABI account if you do not already have a MABI account and if you are a Landlord, Farming Operations, or the authorized representative of a Small Business, Condominium Association, or an Institution such as a school, community centre, church, or other Not-for Profit Organization.
